Booking inquiries

When you send an inquiry, CHIEF receives the contact and event information you provide so he can respond and discuss your event. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the message. An inquiry does not confirm a booking.

The website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing. Form submissions may include the page you visited and referral information to help understand where inquiries came from. If you use an email link instead, your email provider handles that message.

Website operation

Netlify processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Your browser may store your animation preference and your optional analytics choice. These controls do not require an account.

Optional analytics

When enabled on this website, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity provides usage summaries and session recordings. Their scripts load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Booking form fields are masked for Clarity, and our custom analytics events exclude the names, emails and messages entered in the form.

You can decline without affecting browsing or booking, or use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. If no cookie settings button appears, optional analytics is not enabled for that page. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Declining later stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically remove information already processed.

For questions about an inquiry or to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, contact chiefdjrocks@gmail.com. Please identify the inquiry so CHIEF can locate it. Booking correspondence and provider records may have different retention requirements.
